1 room flat of 24m² in London

I am going to be out of London for 7 weeks for work from 21 April to 9th June and am looking for someone responsible to let my 1 bedroom flat. Ideal for anyone in need of a short term rental. Price is £1400p/m or £300p/w (bills not included). I’m ideally looking for someone to take it for the whole period up until June 9th but am open to other arrangements. Bills are £200 p/m or £50 p/w extra and include Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity, and Internet. I live alone so you will have the whole apartment to yourself. It's in a secure block in an amazing location on Essex road, N1, in between Dalston and Angel. I can organise viewings on some weekday mornings / afternoons or evenings. Also happy to do viewings on weekends too… and can begin with a virtual viewing as well if you prefer. Please be aware I require you to sign a short term rental agreement and will also need a photocopy of your passport and the full rent and bills paid upfront (£2950) plus a security deposit of (£1000) when I hand over the keys. The security deposit will be returned once I have the keys back and can see there has been no damage to my flat/furniture etc... Happy to send you a copy of my passport too for your peace of mind as well. I can also put you in touch with and provide references from previous short-term tenants I have had in the last 12 months.
