Flat is in a lovely area, comes fully furnished, and features a spacious double bedroom, open plan kitchen with in-unit laundry, living space overlooking the balcony, fully-equipped WFH station (incl. a standing desk & full fibre wifi), and a piano (!) — as well as incredible natural light from south-facing windows(: A 5-minute walk from Newington Green, the flat is within walking distance to Angel, Highbury & Islington, and Dalston (10-20m), with the Canonbury overground a 5-7m walk away.
