Flat is in a lovely area, comes fully furnished, and features a spacious double bedroom, open plan kitchen with in-unit laundry, living space overlooking the balcony, fully-equipped WFH station (incl. a standing desk & full fibre wifi), and a piano (!) — as well as incredible natural light from south-facing windows(: A 5-minute walk from Newington Green, the flat is within walking distance to Angel, Highbury & Islington, and Dalston (10-20m), with the Canonbury overground a 5-7m walk away. Also easily accessible by bus, with the closest stop around the corner. Looking for someone to take good care of the flat while I’m back home for a bit(: thanks!
