1 room flat of 61 m² in London

We have rather spontaneously decided to rent out our gorgeous 2-bed flat in Forest Hill from May 2nd - May 31st while we go on our belated honeymoon to South America! Our home has lovely character features and is super cosy. The area is amazing. There is a lovely coffee shop called Marchetti 5 minutes up the road along with the Blythe Hill tavern- beautiful beer garden and an institution of the area, the inside is an old Irish pub untouched by time! Up the hill there are amazing views! We are quite close to Catford and that way is the Waterlink Way, which is great to run and walk down with the brook and loads of greenery. Tesco express 8 minutes walk, and a big retail park with Sainsbury’s and Lidl is 15 minutes on the bus. In terms of transport to the city it’s 15 minutes to get the Thameslink from Catford which goes to London Bridge, Waterloo East, and Charing Cross. If you walk Forest Hill way it’s about 20 minutes and there is the overground there. Forest Hill itself has lovely shops, cafes, a pool, and of course the Horniman museum! The flat is furnished including kitchenware, cleaning essentials, decorative items, and plants- good plant parents will have a competitive advantage when
