Additionally, the building is conveniently close to the John Radcliffe Hospital and a short walk from Oxford Brookes University. Start Date and Property Preparation: We keep our start dates fixed, and we take 2-3 days to spruce up the place after the previous tenants move out. You don't have to move in on that exact day if it doesn't suit you, but the contract will start.
