The kitchen comes with all necessary appliances and beautiful white tiling, and the bedrooms are fully furnished with comfy double beds and ample storage. One of the special features of this apartment is the direct access to the garden where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, the building is conveniently close to the John Radcliffe Hospital and a short walk from Oxford Brookes University. Start Date and Property Preparation: We keep our start dates fixed, and we take 2-3 days to spruce up the place after the previous tenants move out. You don't have to move in on that exact day if it doesn't suit you, but the contract will start. Furniture and Amenities: Our properties come with all the basics, and the kitchen's got everything you need. Bedrooms come fully furnished, all double beds. All our rooms meet the Council's size standards. Utility Bills: Bills aren't included unless specified. HMO Licensing: Our homes with three or more tenants are Council-approved.
