I am looking for a professional couple or two individuals to flat share my apartment under one tenancy, all bills included, short term or long term agreement available. I moved out to live with my partner less than a mile away. The apartment is cosy, modern and well looked after, it is close to temple meads train station and Cabot circus with access to parking for an annual permit fee of approx £100. The apartment block is being developed so there is some ongoing works during the working week until January 2026. It has two double bedrooms, one is slightly larger. Both rooms include a bed with mattress and wardrobe, however they can be configured however suits for example, one bedroom and an office. There are two storage cupboards, living area with large comfortable sofa, table and chairs and TV unit. All white goods such as cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer included. Bills include broadband, electric upto £150 PCM (no gas required) water and council tax. please
