Regrettably leaving our iconic Brixton flat. We had the best times ever in this flat which has the most perfect location, right next to Brixton village, 5 minutes from the tube station and a 15 minute walk from beautiful brockwell park. 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and a great living room and kitchen. The highlight is definitely the enormous roof terrace which is amazing for gatherings and enjoying private outdoor space which is uncommon in a lot of London flats especially for the price. We need people to move in in 2 weeks as we are downsizing to a 3 bed flat round the corner! Chill neighbours and the most lovely corner shop lady downstairs. Enjoy :)
