Please consider this quiet cosy property in the heart of the west end. Ideal for students. The university of Glasgow is a 10 minute walk and is accessible via a route along the river Kelvin. This is a great place to stay for those looking for accommodation for the coming academic year. The flat is fully furnished, with a double bed, cupboards, drawers, shelving, a desk and chair, and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes various appliances like a fridge, oven, kettle, sink, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a shared bathroom on the first and second floors of the building. The shared spaces are cleaned regularly so the bathroom is low maintenance. Costs include rent and electricity. Council tax is included and use of the electric shower isn’t charged. There is no washing machine but an affordable laundrette is a <3minute walk from the building. Expect roughly 100ppm on top of rent.
