Fast internet, work desk set-up (multiple monitors, keyboards printer, stand-up desk, mouse), cute terrace/balcony, yoga mats, sound system, modern kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, coffee machine, mixer, plates&pans, wine & champagne glasses...) Could also leave you against a higher deposit my Xbox, bike and projector (to be discussed). Absolutely love my neighbourhood.
