1 room flat of 28m² in London

Hi! I'm subletting my cute 1 bed apartment in SE9 (new eltham) for either 2 or 5 months. July > September, 2026 or July > December, 2026 Rent = £1500/month including all bills etc. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's in a quiet, residential area (you can't hear the street or cars) close to shops and really good transport transport links. Accessibility: the apartment has a private entrance, without intercom or lift and is up one flight of 14 concrete stairs. There are no stairs or raised areas within the flat. The apartment is a 10min walk to new eltham train station, where you can catch direct, fast trains to Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charring Cross etc. Other: The place has beautiful large, south facing window in the living room/kitchen area. The place gets lots of light and feels like a treehouse! There are no neighbours below as it's above a walkway. The place sadly has no washing machine/dryer but otherwise comes fully furnished. This place would suite someone calm and quiet. I've been living here for over 7yrs now and have put a lot of work into creating a peaceful energy :) xx
