We are looking for someone to take over our contract for this beautiful one bed flat about 2 minute walk away from London Fields. We are moving out of London due to a job opportunity and would like to find someone to move in by 1 July (we have a bit of flexibility). The flat is very spacious and light and has a very nice feel to it. It has recently been renovated and the landlord has kept it in a very good condition. Despite having large windows on either side, the space is quiet and cosy. It has all the expected amenities, such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and stove, fridge/freezer, bathtub, lots of storage space etc. It comes part furnished as you will be able to keep the bed and mattress. The flat is located on a quiet residential street, about 5 minute walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs, a short bus ride or 10-15 minute walk from Dalston Junction. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. You would be taking over our current contract with 8 months left but this can be extended at the end of the term.
