Hi there- I'm renting my fully-furnished 1-bed flat out in Brockley for £2200/month all in (rent + all bills). The flat will be available from 25th May for at least 6 months, with the possibility to extend further if we're both happy to continue. It's a modern, newly furnished flat on the first floor and is very light and airy for a 1-bed. It measures 42m2, is generally very quiet and surrounded by the leafy Brockley Conservation Area.
