We are listing our 1 bed flat on Shore Road Hackney for move in on the 6th July weekend. We are a young couple who have lived in the flat since last October looking for tenant(s) to take over the lease until the 5th October with a possibility to extend past this date after then with the landlord. The flat comes part furnished (sofa and some furniture) and on the 3rd floor of a secure apartment building with a lift and bike storage downstairs. The flat location is perfect with 2 gyms within a 5 minute walk, large Lidl supermarket down the road and London Fields just 10 minutes walk away. We will be holding viewings on the 28th/30th May and 2nd/4th/6th June. You will need to pass referencing with the landlord such as a salary threshold and be able to sufficiently prove earnings to the landlord in order to take on the lease.
