SHORT-TERM RENT - 1-bedroom in N4 Hi all! I’m going travelling at the end of the year and want to rent out my flat. Time-frame: October-December Rent: £1500/month INCLUDING bills (rent:1300 + bills:200) Location: Finsbury Park, N4. 5 minute walk to Finsbury Park station (Victoria and Piccadilly line, national rail) It’s a cute, newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom flat. A short 5-10 mins walk to Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. There’s loads of shops and supermarkets as well as trendy cafes, restaurants and bars around. It also has gyms, yoga studios and pilates studios in walking distance. The flat is very bright, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, rain shower with good water pressure and a desk for work. The bedroom is out to the back and faces gardens so it’s very quiet and has a black-out blind. Bills include water, electricity, gas, internet. I’m looking for someone responsible and tidy to take care of my flat whilst I’m away 🙂 No pets unfortunately.
