1 room flat of 36m² in London

Hi, 5 mins walk from White City station/west field, prime location. I am the owner and I live overseas full time. The tenant will have the property for themselves, apart from the odd weekend I will be back, maybe every 6-8 weeks. I have since had the kitchen renovated, and will send over pictures as requested. It's my own property which I have spent time on making it feel like a home and I hope for the same for the person who will be renting it.
