I am looking to rent out a large, newly decorated, very attractive, furnished flat just off Whiteladies Road, near Clifton Down station and the Sainsbury’s. It is a lovely flat, with high ceilings, big windows and lots of light, in a fantastic location. It is a two bed flat, but the other bedroom is mine and I am going to Sandhurst in September to join the Army, and although I am keeping my bedroom, I anticipate being in Bristol for only a few weekends and a couple of weeks of leave over the next year - you will have the flat completely to yourself pretty much all the time. The flat comprises of a large living room/dining space, kitchen with seating, one bathroom with a separate shower and bath, a private garden, and permits are available for on-street parking. I am looking for someone who wants a lovely, comfortable, homely place to live. Would be suitable for either an individual or a couple. About me: I am sporty, I like to keep fit and active, love good food and spend as much time as possible outdoors and with friends.
