We are a couple, looking to fill our flat for a 2 month period, while we're away with work. April 27th to June 27th (with a few days flexibility) This is suitable for someone looking for a short-term let. The Price is inclusive of bills (£3,000 p/m). The flat has tall ceilings, wooden floors, large windows and a lot of light. It's comprised of one bedroom, one bathroom (recently remodeled), a living room (with home cinema) and a separate kitchen (with a dishwasher and ninja air fryer) There is also a very nice sofa bed in the living room, to accomodate other guests. The flat is on a beautiful street 2 mins walk from Greenwich Train Station, and 5 min walk to Greenwich Market/Cutty Sark and the river. It has great access to green space, being only 3 mins walk to Greenwich Park. A local butchers and greengrocers are a stone’s throw away. We're looking for either an individual or a couple who we can trust to be respectful of the place and our belongings - many of which will remain in the house.
