Walking distance to a whole host of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops. 12min walk to Denmark Hill station for overground and Thameslink trains, direct 10-15min bus to Oval and Vauxhall for Northern and Victoria lines, very accessible to the city on Lime bikes. The flat will not be completely empty of personal belongings but will be like an Airbnb with plenty of space for tenants to live and use the space, but with some items of ours left neatly packed away.
