1 room flat of 57m² in London

Hello, Due the nature of my work I travel often, so I started subletting my flat while Im away. This flat is full furnished and has a very cosy atmosphere. Everything is in walking distance. The aparment itself is an old school English aparment with 24/7 CCTV. It also has a really sweet communal garden. Im ideally looking for one person only. However I might consider 2 people if we can make an agreement on certain things :) I normally live here with my tiny daughter.
