Large bay windows in S/W facing single room. Great view of all comings and goings. There is a view of the lake in the adjacent park. It's a great room to wake up in.Modern large detached comfortable home close to Birmingham City Centre. close to very fast bus links (15mins) to the City Centre. Rooms are bright spacious and have internet access and are furnished. There is also parking available.House is shared with parent and 3 adult children who are sociable and lively. We have had students for many years so we are accustomed to having other people about, we're quite a sociable household. We speak a variety of languages, English, French, Italian, German & Spanish and look for opportunities to expand our vocabulary and share cultural experiences.Our home has 6 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms a double aspect lounge which looks out onto the back of Victoria park and the allotments. We have a variety of instruments so if you play perhaps we can have a jam session! There is a spacious kitchen and guests have their own cupboard and fridge.We don't have a whole lot of rules in our house but the one which is of great importance to us to that we have to laugh as a family every day and we'd like to share that with you!We are not linked to the television networks.
