2 rooms flat of 60m² in London

I have a brand new unfurnished flat (over 1000sq ft) that will fit at least 2 bedrooms (configured as you please- potential for back room to be a cinema room), with 3 bathrooms, big living space and a terrace out the back. It will be completed in around 1 week so I will add more photos then but please do come look around before but be mindful builders are finishing up. I bought this flat intending it to be my first home but work is taking me abroad for a few years so I am looking for tenants who will call this their home and take good care of it for me.
