This three bed terraced house is ideal for two professionals or two students who want plenty of space in which to work and relax within throwing distance of the cafes and bars of the Cowley Road and Magdalen Road. Alternatively it would be ideal for a small family who want to be close to the centre of Oxford. There are two or three double bedrooms depending on need, a kitchen leading onto a dining room, and an additional living room. There is also a garden, a 1st floor bathroom, and street parking available outside. The road has little traffic and so is very quiet. The property does not have a multiple occupancy licence so would need to be rented to two adults or to a small family. The rent does not include bills or council tax. The garden is currently a bit worse for wear. However, my friend Joe who will manage the property for me has agreed to do regular gardening to get it back into shape. I have uploaded two pictures - one in its current state and the other from a couple of years ago. He will also be available to deal with any other issues. I have owned the property for 13 years and lived in it for 7 but moved to London a few years ago now rent it out. I LOVE the house, as do all my previous tenants.
