1 room flat of 27 m² in City of Edinburgh

Flat for a couple/individual Hello! I am looking for a University of Edinburgh student to take over my lease for a bright and spacious very centrally located flat. It is only a ten minute walk to George Square and is situated very close to many grocery shops and cafes. It's also a short walking distance to the University gym at Pleasance. The flat has a big bedoom with a double bed and a desk (the University advertised it as ideal for a couple- ample space). There is a large and bright kitchen and living area. The flat also comes with a lot of storage. It is located on the 5th floor and has an elevator. (The photos are screenshots from the video the Univeristy sent) It is a very stable and safe arrangement since all your dealings will be with the University. I cannot do viewings since the lease begins only in September and I don't have access to the flat yet. (I am giving it up before it begins because I have decided to stay at a different location.) You would have to sign the contract with the University and work out a payment scheme with them. EPC rating - D Council tax band - X
