The beautiful Water of Leith Walkway is literally a minute away, but if you like a cold dip in the sea, Wardie Bay is just 5 min away too. The big Asda Superstore 24h is 17min walk or a 5 min drive, and the last tram stop is 16min away or 6 min drive. You can get directly to Princes with bus number 16 at the door in 20min. £900 a month plus 1 month rent deposit. Bills not included.
