1 room flat of 45 m² in London

I'm Kristina - 30, work in sustainability and public affairs (2/3 days in office per week). Would love to buddy up with someone to rent a two bedroom in the New Acres apartment complex in Wandsworth (not secured yet) or another lovely two bed somewhere! Can't include a link to this one, so have popped some images in. Rent starts from 2600 per month (1300 each) and includes WiFi, co-working space, a rooftop pool and a gym. Average rent for a two bed elsewhere (that I've seen so far) goes for roughly £1000ish per person too - and there are some lovely ones out there - Let me know if you'd be interested and would like to go for a coffee :)
