Bills approximately £300 per month. No guests or visitors, no pets and no exceptions just a solo dwelling for a solo person content with a quiet life. Ideally it would be a four or five year rental. There is gas central heating, part furnished, a good bed, washing machine, cooker (light cooking only please)a new boiler, smoke alarms, gas safety certificates and new fuse boards and electrical certificates.
