I’m renting out my cosy and modern 1-bed flat in Zone 1 from mid-December until March 2026, with the option to extend to April. To keep things simple and tax-friendly, we’ll set up a lodger agreement, but I’ll be abroad, so you’ll have the place entirely to yourself. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You can walk to Thames (5 mins), Big Ben/Westminster (9 mins), Lambeth North (7min), Waterloo & Southbank (10 mins), and Soho (25 mins). Whether you're commuting, meeting friends, or working from home, this flat offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.
