I’m renting out my 1br flat in Islington for a few months while I’m away. It’s a truly fabulous flat - beautiful living room with floor to ceiling windows that open on to a balcony with sun all day, overlooking a park. Fully equipped kitchen & open plan dining space, with space for a desk and chair for home-working. The bedroom is also lovely, a double bed with mattress purchased last year, overlooking beautiful leafy gardens in the morning. In Islington so super central - 10 mins walk to Highbury & Islington (Victoria line), and Caledonian Rd (Piccadilly line). Super close to lovely Upper Street and the canals for a weekend stroll. Would be most suitable for a single person. I can be somewhat flexible on dates too - message me if interested :) as a note - will have all the amenities of a home (fully stocked kitchen), but will also have some of my clothes and personal items. Half the wardrobe will be cleared out for your stay. Council tax, water, gas & internet all included.
