It’s a very beautiful, spacious, and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, located just a 5-minute walk from Regent’s Park and St John’s Wood High Street, and about 7–10 minutes from the Jubilee Line at St John’s Wood station. It’s a great neighborhood right by the park, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and charming shops, and much less crowded than Marylebone. The rent is £2.9k per month (excluding bills).
