Conveniently located between Kentish Town and Tufnell Park, this one-bedroom flat features a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It’s light-filled and comes with both a balcony and a terrace. The flat is available as a sublet over the holidays, with some flexibility on dates. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay between November 22nd 2025 to January 1st 2026, but we can be flexible with an extension. All utilities are included. The flat is equipped with an air purifier, central heating, a shower filter, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, as well as a fridge and freezer. The neighbours are lovely, and the area is both safe and well connected. Hampstead Heath, one of London’s most beautiful parks, is just a 15-minute walk away.
