Conveniently located between Kentish Town and Tufnell Park, this one-bedroom flat features a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It’s light-filled and comes with both a balcony and a terrace. The flat is available as a sublet over the holidays, with some flexibility on dates. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to stay between July 23rd 2026 to September 15 2026, but we can be flexible with an extension. All utilities are included. The flat is equipped with an air purifier, central heating, a shower filter, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, as well as a fridge and freezer. The neighbours are lovely, and the area is both safe and well connected. Hampstead Heath, one of London’s most beautiful parks, is just a 15-minute walk away. Terrace and Balcony make it ideal for summer stay.
