1 room house of 32m² in City of Edinburgh

* Students only due to council rules * We live in a modern terraced house in Edinburgh city centre with a small private garden. We are a 15-minute walk from Princes St (high street) and the train station is walking distance from my house. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and buses within walking distance.Enjoy the quiet cul-de-sac of a house just next city centre amenities.Limited laundry facilities available for guests staying 4 days or more.There is a private bathroom with a shower. If there is nobody in the other rooms you will have your own bathroom.Normally the full balance must be paid no later than five days before arrival. (unless it is a last minute booking!) I will send you a private message for a secure way of doing this. Thank you.Please note shoes should not be worn upstairs. We leave our shoes downstairs when we come in so please bring slippers if you prefer to have footwear on in the house.**no smoking**No breakfast provided but there is a dining room with a fridge, toaster, kettle, dishes and cutlery.
