The bedrooms are a generous size and have comfortable beds, one room with a king-size bed and en-suite shower and the other room with a double bed. The bedrooms offer restful times and healthy sleep. In the spacious living area you will find 2 comfortable sofas and a TV, this will provide comfort and entertainment for your time spent indoors. The kitchen is a fully-equipped and allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills, and the dining area is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal.There are 2-bathrooms in the property, each equipped with a toilet, sink and a shower, and one of them with a bathtub also. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath.Guest Access:You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.The Neighborhood:Situated in Bruntsfield, this apartment is just a 30 minute walk from Waverley station and is within easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions including The Royal Mile, The Castle and the buzzing Grassmarket (where there are lots of pubs and clubs).In Bruntsfield and neighbouring Morningside you will find an excellent selection of shops, boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants, whilst more extensive shopping is available in the city centre. Other great city centre attractions are just a stone's throw away, including various galleries, parks and museums. It's also right next to the beautiful and expansive Meadows park.Please take a look at the guidebook on my listing for some recommended bars and restaurants in the local area!Getting Around:It's very easy to walk into all areas of the city centre, while there are direct bus connections to the airport and wider city are available on the doorstep.Buses: Lothian buses is Edinburgh's local bus company alongside First buses which operate in the wider area. Lothian Buses has a great app available that will help you get around the city. Most Lothian buses have free Wifi and Edinburgh's city centre has free Wifi available as well. There are plenty of buses that will take you into town from the top of the street on Bruntsfield Place.If you use Uber it operates in the city and there is no shortage of taxis - although like most capital cities they can be pricey - which also increase after midnight.
