Bedroom 3: 1 queen size bed. 3 bathrooms There are 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 family bathroom with a luxurious bathtub with shower over and underfloor heating. Other details to note **Not suitable for events or parties**Please note that there are several other privately owned properties that share the stairwell. We kindly ask that guests are respectful of this and keep any noise or disruption to our neighbours to a minimum.Check-in time is from 4pm to 9pm, by arrangement, as you will be met at the property on arrival and check-out is anytime before 11am. If you are arriving earlier than this, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh. You can conveniently store your luggage at both Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station.If you are arriving later than 10pm, there will be a £35 charge for late arrivals.
