Peaceful apartment yet a short walk from the Grassmarket and old town.The Space:Located on the ground floor of a traditional tenement flat, its a peaceful and comfortable home from home. Despite being a 1 bedroom apartment it is very spacious. The kitchen is open plan and ideal for family living, with dedicated comfortable seating and eating areas. Large 1 bedroom with super comfy double bed. Off the bedroom is a sizeable bathroom with shower over the bath. This apartment Is well equipped with all the necessities required for self catering. We can supply both high chair and travel cot if requested.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire apartment.The Neighborhood:The neighbourhood is a fun and lively part of town. Many restaurants both high street chains and local independent eateries within a few minutes walk. One of my favourite cafes is just around the corner (Loudens). The apartment is very close to the Royal mile, & Edinburgh castle and The Grass Market. (Tourist destinations) The apartment is within walking distance of Princess street Edinburgh's shopping destination. Fabulous transport links nearby the apartment.Getting Around:I recommend downloading the Lothian busses app, this app allows you to plan your routes across the city centre. You can also buy tickets on the app. ( no change given by bus drivers)Other Things to Note:The parking is payable on street and at nearby a multi storey car park.Please be aware we provide travel pop up cots but not the laundry or bedding. The cot is standard size and we only supply the basic mattress that comes with the cot. We do not accept responsibility for the use of the travel cot or high chair.
