Welcome to our lovely apartment in Edinburgh. Enjoy lazy mornings with a cup of Lavazza coffee from our high pressure coffee machine, on garden veranda with direct access from the kitchen. Relax in the garden with your favourite book or jump into warm jet hot tube/jacuzzi on arrival. We love to welcome our guests with welcome snacks and welcome drinks - for special occasions we offer help with organising cakes/balloons etc. We offer clean and comfortable accommodation in Edinburgh. Free parking on the driveway is provided and free unlimited Wifi is accessible in all rooms. For our guests safety, there are CCTV cameras pointing to the driveway, front and rear entry to the property. You will find fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, oven , microwave , dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen and dining area. Bedding , towels and basic toiletries are provided. There are no curtains and no carpets in our property - we care about the standard of cleanless, air is purified after stays, water in hot tube changed after every guests stay, all bedding & towels are washed and ironed, we do not use fabric softeners for washing and natural materials are preferred. We are located short drive from the Edinburgh airport - 15 minutes car, 30 minutes direct bus from the airport; and Edinburgh City Centre - 15 minutes car or taxi , 20 minutes bus. There are number of takeaways and supermarkets in less than 10 minute walk from our place. Enjoy buzzing restaurant district in Leith ( 15 minutes drive) , lovely sunsets on the Wardie Beach (10 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk ) or long walks on Cramond Beach. We love looking after our guests and helping them to enjoy their stay in Edinburgh and discovering local specialities and vibrant culture.
