The living space has a comfy corner sofa, a dining table, and a smart TV for unwinding after a day of exploring.Private parking right outside the door means you can easily venture out by car, or simply leave it and enjoy the city on foot.The house is just a 5-minute walk from Leith Walk, around 20 minutes from the Edinburgh Playhouse, and about 25 minutes from Waverley Station and Princes Street.
