We use to live in the apartment so we have done it up to a very high standard and all the appliances are top end and the flat is high spec. Our current tenants are moving out so we need to let the whole flat. They have been with us for 5 years, sadly they are leaving. We hope to also have another long term tenant/s. The flat is on Sandmere road, its a quiet street as well as being only 5 minutes walk from all the action of Clapham High Street and 10 minutes from Brixton. The flat is white throughout, it is very bright, airy and spacious on the 1st floor. The large double bedroom is at the rear of the flat, with a great window which lets lots of light into the room. The second double bedroom is in the centre of the flat with a large window which lets in lots of light! Bills are not included. Both rooms contain a luxury double bed with storage, multiple large floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes, side table chests of drawers and a chest of draws, so there is plenty of storage space. The large living/kitchen area (microwave, fridge/freezer, more storage and the stove) as well as a large sofa, tv + stand and dining room table & chairs. The flat is really comfortable, well thoughtout with the layout and homely. Because it is our home we want someone who will treat it with care and like a home as we do, that is really important! Note: Home comes furnished and all furniture, fittings, equipment must remain in the flat and be checked in and out upon start and end of tenancy. The area: Clapham North and Clapham High street stations are a 5 minute walk away, Brixton tube is 10 minutes, great for Northern and Victoria lines. The High Street has lots of bars, shops and restaurants that will keep you busy. Clapham Common is 10 minute walk away and it great for hanging out in. Brixton High Road is a 10 minutes walk away and has all your major high street stores which is very handy. This area is really sought after due to its close proximity to the lively and vibrant social aspect of Clapham.
