I have a small flat to let but with shared kitchen, the flatlet consists of lounge 12ft x 14 ft bedroom 10ft x 10ft and en suite bathroom. Shared hall and kitchen. The property is on a very quiet residential cul de sac and has a large wildlife garden that can be accessed at times with agreement, there is a drive and parking for one car and regular busses into the city which is about a 20-minute journey. Not far from Graves Park and a half-hour walk to St James shopping centre and Graves Gym and pool at Norton. The flatlet would suit a person looking for a very quiet peaceful location, it would very much suit a single person. I live in the adjoining house and I am a semi-retired counsellor and very much keep myself to myself but have a busy schedule and live alone. I have a number of cats and would appreciate having someone that likes animals so if I'm ever away could feed and look after them.
