Hi. I am unfortunately needing to end my tenancy here early, and looking for someone to replace me. The place is a 1 bedroom flat, a 5 minute walk from the Tesco Extra in Gateshead, Metro and Bus interchange. Nice and Central, only a 20 minute walk into Newcastle central. The place consists of one bedroom, a longue & kitchen area, and a bathroom. Could happily fit 1 or 2 people. Comes with the bed, clothes wardrobe, bedside table, couch, TV, washing machine, rubbish bin, microwave, fridge and some other bits. The landlord has allowed me to have a cat, but wasn’t too sure about dogs. Please feel free to get in
