Looking for a nice person/couple for this cosy one bedroom flat on the first floor in the centre of Stoke Newington. There is a large bedroom/living room (5 metres × 4 metres) + a small kitchen + bathroom. The flat is unfurnished but my landlord is happy to provide a bed if you need it. The location is wonderful! It's opposite a small park, near a supermarket, a pub, a café etc... 15 minutes walking from Dalston Kingsland Station and 8 minutes walking from all the bus stops. It's big enough for a couple.
