1 room flat of 25m² in Portslade by Sea

Come and stay in my colourful, cosy, top floor, seafront home, with sea views. It’s 1 bed and is available as the whole flat whilst I’m away. Short term only. Bills included. I’m away for a couple of months at a time for work and would love a nice, respectful, tidy person/couple to come and stay in my flat whilst it’s empty and look after it for me. It’s fully furnished with all my stuff (which is a bit quirky). But the wardrobe and drawers will be empty for you to use and of course the fridge / freezer. There are 2 balcony’s front and back with sea views. The front one isn’t as useable though due to work needed to it. It is top floor with no lift but you do get used to the stairs. Available all of April, all of May, all of June and also September and October. It’s not available July or August. Hence the cheap price for a whole flat ad it’s a bit of a niche offering It would be lovely to meet you and show you the flat and answer any questions you have.
