We're looking to rent out a double bedroom in our home from 1 September until 19 October whilst we are away. Please note it is not for the rent of a 2-bedroom house. The house has an open plan lounge/dining area and a conservatory/garden. It's in Dean's Court, Botley, which is around 2 miles from the city centre. There are 2 bus stops, around a 10 minute walk each and plenty of car parking space. You would have the whole house to yourself and it has been newly decorated. It's a lovely, bright, clean and spacious property, comfortable for home working as well as travelling into the city centre. It would suit an individual. It's in a quiet residential area so its not a party house. The price includes all bills including council tax, broadband and water, but excludes gas and electricity. It's fully furnished and of course as it's our home we're looking for someone very trustworthy, who will love it and take care of it as we do!
