Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my lovely one-bedroom flat in West Hampstead from 17 August 2025 until 1 May 2026. Rent is £1,700/month (excluding bills, which comes out to about £150/month; Council tax band C) The flat is on the 1st floor of a well-maintained house right off the high street in West Hampstead. It's in a lively, fun neighbourhood with loads to do and eat. M&S is about a 2-minute walk away, with a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local just down the road. One of the most convenient places I've lived! There's a communal garden free for residents to use, and if you're looking for more greenery, Hampstead Heath is less than 40-minutes walk away, and Regent's Park is less than 30! Transport links are a plenty: Jubilee Line, Overground, Thameslink, and bus routes.
