Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are leaving our one-bed flat in the amazing Crystal Palace and are looking for someone to take over our tenancy (till September 2026- likely potential to extend). The flat comes fully furnished and has beautiful high ceilings, a massive living room (big enough for a WFH desk + dining table), bright kitchen, one double bedroom, bathroom and communal garden. It’s a 5 minute walk from the Crystal Palace triangle which is full of amazing independent shops/cafes/bars (hence why we’re only moving down the road!) and a 15 minute walk to the station. We’re really keen to get someone in ASAP- exact date likely around Feb 20th but there is flexibility. Happy to do viewings this week. Rent is £1650 per month. Message me if interested!
