Me and the bf are looking to swap out on our tenancy for this cute 2 bed flat in Clapham North / Brixton. £2000 a month, spacious rooms and a nice little garden! About 12 mins to Clapham north and 15 mins to Brixton station. Sub 3 minutes from Lidl! Storage space in the hallway under the neighbours stairs fits heaps of stuff. Super quiet little street and no neighbours at the back. Unfurnished aside from the dining table and chairs, we would be willing to sell the sofa and a few others bits for cheap including the outdoor furniture. We furnished with everything off marketplace which was easy as. Tenancy has a break clause in July and the contract is till July 2027 but this will switching to a rolling contract with the new laws. Washing machine, dryer + cooker and fridge are brand new. Looking to move out second week of Feb, have flexibility here.
