The flat has floor tiles in the kitchen and the shower room and new grey laminate flooring everywhere else. The Flat is 40sqm in size. This house is very close to the City Centre. Easy walk to Maida Vale and Paddington and Little Venice. I love to run along the canal in the mornings. Little Venice and the canal boats are nearby. Bills are not included but I would estimate 100 a month for Electric, Water and Internet. Council Tax band is Band C The flat is unfurnished but I am do have some furniture which I am happy to let you have. We can chat about it at the viewing. To move in you will need to sign your e-sign tenancy agreement. You will need to pay one month deposit up front and one month rent up front.
