ALL BILLS (WIFI / UTILITIES / COUNCIL TAX) INCLUDED, AND A MONTHLY CLEANER. This lovely 1-bed flat is available for lets during academic term-time periods whilst I'm in a different part of London for university. I'm looking for someone clean and tidy who will be respectful to my property whilst I'm away. It's been decorated and designed with love and care! Dates available: May 1st - July 10th I need someone, or a couple, who can take the place ideally for this whole stretch. Please also note that the property is above a pub. This means you can get some sounds of music on a weekend night. I haven't found it to be an issue, nor have previous Airbnb guests that have stayed here, but please take this into consideration.
