Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as I’ll be relocating for work. Ideally, I’m aiming for a handover end of October 2025, but I can be flexible with move-in dates if needed. Please note that I am not looking to sublet. The flat is located near De Beauvoir Town, just a 3-minute walk from Haggerston Overground station and nearby bus stops. It’s a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, currently rented at £3,250 pcm. I’m 3 months into a 24-month lease, which runs until April 2027. The apartment gets beautiful natural light all day, has excellent soundproofing, and is within walking distance to Dalston’s shops and cafes (10–15 mins). It’s also a short stroll to Shoreditch and Spitalfields, making it a great spot for enjoying both quiet and lively surroundings. Thanks!
